1Local shipping in your region

We keep stock in both regions, so your parcel is sent locally from inside your region – no long international transit.

🇪🇺 Europe

Shipped from our EU warehouse to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

🇺🇸 United States

Shipped from our U.S. warehouses in Chicago, Illinois and Texas to addresses in the United States.

2Delivery times

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 1–5 business days after dispatch. The same times apply in the EU and the US.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Times are estimates; your carrier’s tracking shows the latest status.

3Shipping costs

The shipping cost depends on your country and the weight of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

  • MYDE shisha: shipping is free on 20 or more pieces.
  • If an order contains items from more than one warehouse, it may arrive in separate parcels.

4Taxes and duties

Orders within the EU and within the US ship without import duties. Switzerland and the United Kingdom are outside the EU customs area, so local import VAT or duties may apply there.

🇪🇺 Europe

Prices include VAT where applicable. The checkout total is what you pay.

🇺🇸 United States

Some states charge sales or excise tax on vapor products. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.

5Delivery rules by region

🇪🇺 Europe
  • Delivery to the address you enter at checkout.
  • If nobody is at home, the carrier follows its local process (neighbour, pick-up point or second attempt).
  • We can ask for proof of age (18+).
🇺🇸 United States
  • An adult aged 21+ must sign and show government ID at delivery (federal PACT Act).
  • No PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders.
  • We cannot ship to states, counties or cities that ban online vape or flavoured product sales; these addresses are blocked at checkout.

6Late, lost or damaged parcels

No tracking update for several business days, or a damaged parcel? Email support@vapefellows.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We check with the carrier and replace or refund where the parcel is lost or damaged. See our Return & Refund Policy.
