The rules for ordering from Vape Fellows. By placing an order you accept these terms; your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

1About these terms

These terms apply to every order at www.vapefellows.com, whether you order from Europe or the United States.

2Who can buy

You must be 18 or older in the EU and 21 or older in the US. We can ask for proof of age, also at delivery. If we cannot confirm your age, we cancel the order and refund you.

3Local laws

Check that buying and using our products is legal where you live. We deliver only to the regions in our Shipping Policy and block addresses where sales are restricted. If we cannot deliver legally, we cancel the order and refund you.

4Products and health

Our products contain nicotine unless marked 0% nicotine. Nicotine is highly addictive. Not for minors, non-smokers, or pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions. Puff counts are manufacturer ratings; images are for illustration and packaging may change.

5Orders and prices

Prices are shown in EUR or USD, depending on your region and selected currency. The checkout total is what you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example after a pricing error, a failed age check or a delivery restriction; if we cancel, we refund you in full.

6Delivery

Orders ship locally from our EU or US warehouse. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel. See our Shipping Policy.

7Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Cancel before dispatch. No returns for a change of mind on opened products. We accept returns for quality problems, damage on arrival and wrong items, and you keep your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee in the EU. See our Return & Refund Policy.

8Using the website

Use the site lawfully. No misuse, unauthorised access, scraping or false information. Keep your login details safe.

9Intellectual property

Site content belongs to us or our licensors. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

10Liability

We are fully liable where the law requires it, including for intent and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for misuse of products.

11Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.
